We operate a zero-tolerance policy.  All our staff aim to be polite, helpful, and sensitive to all our patients’ individual needs and circumstances.

If however, any patient is rude, abusive or aggressive towards any member of staff or any other persons on the practice premises, the practice retains the right to have the patient removed from the register. Any such incidents will lead to the patient’s treatment being terminated and if applicable the Primary care Trust being informed.
