We are pleased to inform you that the surgery has now reopened for face to face appointments. We are currently seeing patients on a phased basis as per government guidelines. We have a number of stringent protocols and procedures in place (please click on the link below for the new safety measures put in place to ensure the safety of our patients and staff), as a result, you will not be permitted to enter the surgery unless you have an allocated appointment which has been booked via our dental team since we have reopened.
Our reception team will continue to be available via telephone from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm to schedule appointments and answer any questions. Should you have a dental emergency please either call the surgery on 01923775135 or contact us using the form below and a dentist will call you back for a telephone consultation. From your initial contact with our receptionists to seeing our dentists, we do our best to ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible. We aim to answer all questions/concerns courteously and informatively. Our receptionists email or call patients to remind them of their appointments in advance. We also have dedicated emergency appointments available each day. If you are in pain, we will do our best to see you the same day, alternatively we provide an appointment within 24 hours.
